The Get Parts button allows the user to transfer only a portion of the selected program from the Now Playing list. Note: tserver must be up and running on the TiVo before selecting this tab. For directions on enabling tserver on the TiVo see Getting Started. Many programs are recorded in two or more segments on the TiVo. When this button is selected, the user will be presented with a list of all segments comprising the program. The user selects one or more and clicks on GO. One and only one program must be selected to use this utility. This tab is functionally identical to the Get Parts selection under the File pull down menu. |
